We are seniors and had been without heat since the first part of Jan 2023. Other companies came out and replaced parts and still couldn't find the problem (we still had to paid for their service and parts). Finally the end of January we called Ron, he came out that day and it got dark, so returned the next morning with his helper and fixed the problem. The other company said we needed a complete new system so can't THANK you enough for being honest, affordable, responsive and saving us thousands of dollars which we couldn't afford. My downstairs heater wasn’t working so I started to look in Google for a HVAC repair companies. I found Specially Air AVAC and talked to Ron, my husband explained him what the problem was and Ron walked him by phone step by step to check for the issues and the problem was sold. Ron could come to my house to do the diagnostic test and charge for the service but instead he walked us by phone and helped us to find the problem. HVAC was acting up. Would randomly stop working. Was having trouble finding someone to come out to troubleshoot. Was able to get appt on Saturday. Tech showed up exacting on time. Was able to troubleshoot and determine problem. It did require ordering the part. Part arrived in few days and was able to install. The cost was same as quoted. Very happy, unit is 24 years old and I was afraid it was done. After inspection tech said unit was actually in good condition and the part was a fraction of the cost of new unit

Life savers!!! I called at noon today, and by 4pm Ron and Rhonda rock up at my front door. I let them know that another company has diagnosed the issue and recommended a full system replacement (very expensive), and quoted me over $10k if I choose to repair. Within a few minutes, Ron had diagnosed the issue, explained to me clearly what was wrong with my unit, and within 2 hours I have ice cold air for a fraction of what I was quoted by the other company.Ron and Rhonda are a wonderful team, honest and professional, and I highly recommend. Stay away from the big corporations and instead call your local contractors. I'll definitely be calling Ron when I'm ready to upgrade my system for the right reasons.

Before contacting Mr. and Mrs Ron/Rhonda, i was told by another company during an inspection that my AC unit devices needed replacing in order for the unit to work and basic recommended repairs costs also exceeded my price of understanding. This awesome dynamic team of husband and wife came in and repaired the services easily and gave recommendations for the near future. If not broken, no need to replace devices that are still functioning properly. They exceeded my expectations and are passionate in taking care of customers. As the summer months begin to approach, my spouse and I conduct regular maintenance on our AC systems. We noticed our thermostat was not functioning properly and eventually it became a blank screen. Ron was amazing! Our AC went out in the middle of a 100 deg heat streak. He was there asap and the furnace was replaced and up and running within days. He even tried to repair the system before replacing it (despite it being a dinosaur) to cut down on costs. He was very professional and communicative. We would definitely recommend Specialty Air.

I was lucky to get an appointment with only a couple of days wait. When the repair person arrived I found out that he was the owner, and his assistant was his wife. Ron and Rhonda I believe. They were fast but efficient and addressed all of my concerns and questions. They were a delight, and were so friendly and happy. The bill was very reasonable, especially with a Senior discount.
